Great place to have quick Korean food. It's more create your own bowl with base protein and side. The serving is huge for NY standard. The koba bowl you can select all the topings and the price is very affordable.

Food is yummy and delicious, portion is big. Tried the vegan roll and it is pretty good. Would come back again. Staffs are super friendly.

All of the reviews are on point! So glad that we decided to try this place. The staff were so kind and that’s not always the case when you have two very demanding and active children with you. Thanks to my picky kids, I get to order for 3 and eat for 3 without judgement! Japchae, bulgogi lunch box, and Bingshu were sooo delicious! Had a wonderful seat by the window for people watch while I enjoyed Bingshu. It tasted just like the first time I had in Seoul 12 years ago! Definitely add this to your must try list! If you are visiting NY like me, they also supply a giant bottle of water if you dine in. Very good for resting after a day of walking around in NY heat.

The place impresses with its modern, technology-driven approach to dining, offering a unique and interactive experience. However, the food, while decent, doesn't quite live up to the high expectations set by the innovative setting. The flavors and variety are average, leaving a bit more to be desired for a truly memorable meal. In summary, while KOBA stands out for its tech-savvy ambiance, the culinary offerings are somewhat underwhelming.

If you’re a fan of Korean food, this place is awesome as a tasty, easy midweek take-out option. Reasonably priced, the bowls are substantial with lots of mix and match options. I had the bulgogi and it hit the spot for an easy dinner.

Anyone complaining about flavor does not know authentic Korean. This place is legit! And the serving size is very generous. While other Korean spots are decreasing portion sizes and increasing prices, here is this place keeping it real! And super duper fresh… even the kimchi is not too ripe. And they even gave complimentary Choco-pie cookies with my order! Such a Korean thing to do. Just love this place!

Large, tasty portions for such a reasonable Manhattan price. Staff were very thoughtful and attentive. They even gave us complimentary Yakult, a Choco Pie and a Crown White Heim Cookie. The number of possible toppings on the Koba bowl is amazing, and the flavor of the spicy pork did not disappoint. Soybean paste soup was perfectly warm for a cold day. Friend's japchae was good too. Interior was clean and the lunchtime ambience was pleasant, with nice background music. Will definitely be back.
